HiitPilates, is a small group fitness & Pilates studio in Charminster, Bournemouth, also offering at-home personal training. We provide expert instruction in Private, Duet and small Class settings using state-of-the-art Balanced Body equipment.
Our highly qualified instructors are passionate about creating effective workouts that are both fun and challenging for clients at any level. All classes and sessions at HiitPilates are designed to increase strength and flexibility as well as improve posture and balance.

Rules to keep you safe
- Wait outside until instructed to enter & only after previous clients have vacated the studio ( bigger time gaps between classes should make this easy)
- Clients to leave any bags/coats in car and only bring in what is necessary ie. keys, water
- All clients are to wash hands before heading to their chosen reformer
- Once you’ve chosen your reformer please sit and wait for class to begin
